I Love You More Than Google

But, Sarah, I love you more than Google.
Little AK to Sarah.

Now that’s love!

Watching 10000BC

For now, I’m not impressed.

It starts out like Conan the Barbarian. I don’t think that people back then shaved as much as the actors. It’s mainly ahistorical. Too bad. In fact, I’d have to verify this with some research, but I wonder if people back then talked the way we talk. Anyways, I feel that this movie is filled with anachronisms. Then again, it’s only entertainment, not historical fiction.

Until the beginning of the month of April, the movie grossed over 243 million worldwide. It cost about 105 million to produce. It’s been reviewed as a terrible movie. Hopefully I’ll find that funny at some point.

Storytree Stories

If you’ve got any stories that you would like to send me, please feel free to do so. I started the Storytree stories more than a year ago to collect stories of people and my own. All of the ones that were published were witnessed by me or they happened to me. I would like to expand the project into other people’s stories. Good or bad, nice or naughty.

Here are some guidelines:

Storytree stories must be real.
They can be very short or very long.
They can be sent anonymously. I’d actually prefer to anonymize them before publishing.
You can send me anything, but I reserve the right to choose what gets published.
You can also send photos to accompany your stories.
You can include adult situations and language, but be advised that I will post a warning above such stories.

Send them to memoirs [dot] on [dot] a [dot] rainy [dot] day [at] gmail [dot] com.

Wet Socks On The Storytree

I really hate having wet socks. As soon as my socks are wet, from sweat or just plain dampness, I change them. I don’t like having wet feet. I can change socks four times a day if they get wet. I’ve different types of socks. Home socks and socks for going out. I always wear two layers of socks, no matter where I go.

What do you hate?

Camelbak Care Package

After I posted this story on my blog, I got this response from Camelbak.

I was actually very surprised by its content. The marketing department didn’t give me a lot of details.

I got four Camelbak Better Bottles. A 1L which replaces my lost one, a 750ML and a 500ML. On top of that, I got their new BPA free Classic Cap 750ML bottle. Needless to say that it made my day.

I also got two t-shirts and a hoodie.

Reaper Rebellion S01E14 (CW)

Reaper is an American supernatural television dramedy created by Tara Butters and Michele Fazekas, who also serve as executive producers alongside Mark Gordon, Deborah Spera and Tom Spezialy. Kevin Smith directed the pilot, and is a creative consultant for the series.

In this episode, Sam and Andy make out for a few times. Sam tries to slow it down, however he learns that Steve and Tony have got their own plans about the Devil. I think that they are very naive. The Devil can’t really be killed or replaced. Naturally they don’t suspect anything until it’s too late.

Sam and the Devil become kind of fake buddies in order for Sam to lure him into a trap. The trap fails and the Devil is happy.

Warning: Spoilers ahead.

Reaper Acid Queen S01E13 (CW)

Reaper is an American supernatural television dramedy created by Tara Butters and Michele Fazekas, who also serve as executive producers alongside Mark Gordon, Deborah Spera and Tom Spezialy. Kevin Smith directed the pilot, and is a creative consultant for the series.

In this episode, Sam and Andy finally get closer. Cady is long gone and the Devil warns the guys off Steve and Tony. They are finally to make up with their demon neighbors. However, this can’t be a coincidence. Sam has to capture an acid flinging beauty queen.

Warning: Spoilers ahead.
