Reaper is an American supernatural television dramedy created by Tara Butters and Michele Fazekas, who also serve as executive producers alongside Mark Gordon, Deborah Spera and Tom Spezialy. Kevin Smith directed the pilot, and is a creative consultant for the series.

In this episode, Sam has to capture a soul name Mike Volta. He keeps escaping from Hell thanks to a leak. The Devil attempts to clean house. Tony and his pals examine Sam’s contract. Sarah and Ben get into some immigration trouble.
I thought this episode was great. The cat is finally out of the bag. We know why Sam is so close with the Devil. He’s the Devil’s son. The show has gotten into an interesting groove. It’s also been renewed for next season, which is good news as well. The second season order is for 13 episodes.

At the Work Bench, Sam gets a dinner jacket in his closet. The Devil spirits him away. He meets Mike Volta. He tells some story about getting caught with a married woman. They see a couple getting engaged. Mike says that he can tap that ass. The Devil dares him to do it.
The Devil wants Sam to capture Mike. He wants Sam to capture that soul. Sam does what he is told.
Sam is at the DMV. Sam surrenders the vessel to Gladys. At the Work Bench, an immigration agent is there to see Ben and Sarah.
The Devil comes by to see Sam. He says that Mike Volta is free. The Devils surmises that there is a mole in Hell. The Devil drops off the same camera that Sam used to capture Volta before. He’s transported to the Carver residence. He sees Volta bolting from the upstairs bedroom when the husband comes home. Sam captures him again.
He returns with the vessel to the DMV. He drops him off. Gladys is the leak. She doesn’t drop him off to Hell. She puts the vessel in her bag.
Tony comes by to see Sam. Andy asks Tony to look at Sam’s contract.
Sarah and Ben show their fake wedding album to Sock. He thinks that they need some naked pics.
Volta drops by to see Sam. He wants to go out with Sam. Sam can’t. He goes back to his place and finds the Devil waiting for him. He’s got a pet demon with him. He’s celebrating. Sam tells the Devil that he just saw Mike in the elevator. The Devil brings Sam back to the Carver place. The married couple killed themselves. This is what Mike does. The Devil hands Sam another vessel.
Ben and Sarah are at their immigration interview. He red flags their file. They have the weekend to get their things in order. Monday they will be in front of a judge. Monday night, Sarah will be on a plane. Ben will be in jail.
Sam takes the contract from his parents. His father gave him a guilt trip for taking the contract and not trusting him. Ben got thrown out of the club that they were heading to. He’s hammered. He runs off and almost streaks. He runs into a car. They see Mike driving away from the club with Gladys in tow.
They corner them and Mike takes Gladys hostage. He stabs her and escapes. Gladys is dead. They take her body into Sam’s car. Sam wants to go to Tony’s. He’ll know what to do. He isn’t there. They decide to bury the body. Tony flies in and takes part. Tony realizes that Gladys is a demon. He removes the knife and she comes back to life. He says that mortal weapons can’t kill demons.
They take Gladys out. She says that she just got tired of being lonely.
The Devil drops by at the DMV to see Gladys.
Josie tells Ben that if he pays the fine he might not go to jail. Sarah tells Ben that the immigration officer has accepted to take a bribe. They pool their money. They’ve got 5000$.
Gladys comes by to see Sam and tells him where to find Mike. Gladys drops off her cat. She says that she’s been reassigned. A giant worm from hell arrives in the parking lot and takes Gladys to hell.
They go to the wedding where Mike will be appearing. Sam manages to corner Mike and capture him.
It turns out that Sarah made up the bribe part. She ran away.
Kenneth the demon is looking over the contract. It turns out that pages are missing. These pages refer to who Sam’s real father is. Sam’s real father is probably the Devil.
Ben is heading to jail. For eight days. Sam asks the Devil to release Gladys. He says please a few times and the Devil releases her.
Tony and his demon rebels spy on Sam and the Devil. They know that Sam is the Devil’s spawn.
