Heroes was one of the few runaway hits of the last few years. It’s extremely popular and has a large fanbase, transcending the comic book genre on which it is based. The plot revolves around the so-called Heroes trying to save the world from destruction. Their lives become intertwined as they struggle. Some characters are able to travel to the past and into the future, changing the stories as they unfold.

I’ve waited till the end of the semester to catch up on the episodes. I have to say that I am disappointed. The 3rd season isn’t really good. The dialogue sucks and pretty much everything is predictable.

The last episode was pretty important. Arthur Petrelli made his move, Adam Monroe died and Peter lost all of his powers. Does that mean that he lost his power absortion abilities? Or just his portfolio of acquired abilities.
Ando wants Hiro to go back in time to defeat the villains. This is the only way to stop these events. Usutu helps Hiro decide.
Suresh betrayed Nate and Tracy. He takes Maya away ad leaves. He jumps up out of the ceiling sky window.
Peter wakes up. He’s at Pinehearst and he’s cuffed to a bed. Arthur tells him that his abilities are gone forever. Arthur has had to make hard choices. Peter doesn’t like his father very much. Arthur grounds him.
Claire and her mom come home. Lyle is unconscious on the floor and there are some strange electrical problems at their house. Elle is back. Lighting is coursing through. Claire tries to through her out, it doesn’t work. Lyle throws some water on Elle and shorts her out. She says that she needs help.
Arthur Petrelli meets with Suresh. He wants Maya to lose her abilities. Arthur tells him to watch. He touches Maya and sucks out her powers. Maya is content at last. That’s a great way of ridding yourself of powers. Maya doesn’t want to see Suresh anymore.
Suresh wants to retain his abilities but stop his changes. Arthur wants Suresh to work on the formula for him.
Angela Petrelli is still in a coma at Primatech. Sylar is in a medical coma at Primatech. She comes to him in his dreams. She tells him that Peter needs his help. After her encouragements, Sylar wakes up and gets out.
Elle has lost control of her abilities, she can’t control them. She keeps overloading. She can’t eat or sleep. Daphne found her and gave her the Pinehearst card. Claire surmises that whatever is wrong with her is wrong with Elle. Elle is in pain and Claire can’t feel pain anymore. Claire wants to go with her to Pinehearst.
Daphne is in hot water with Arthur and Maury Parkman. Arthur wants her to kill Parkman now. Maury won’t let this happen. Arthur shuts him up. He telekinetically snaps his neck. Two episodes and two major characters are dead. What’s next?
Parkman is trying to contact Suresh. Daphne turns up with a gun pointed at him. She has to kill him to show his loyalties. She can’t shoot him. Parkman learns that Petrelli killed Maury.
Arthur takes Peter to be tested by Suresh. Suresh plans on giving abilities a new injection of a new formula. Peter tells him that he changed in the future. He looked like a monster. Before he can inject him, Sylar arrives to save Peter. Arthur arrives and casts lightning. Arthur stops Suresh from killing Sylar. He tells Suresh that Sylar is his son. Peter sort of escapes.
Nate and Tracy are waiting at Suresh’s place for help from the Company. Noah Bennet turns up with Meredith. Elle and Claire are flying to Pinehearst. Elle is losing control again on the plane. Claire shunts the electricity into her body.
Daphne says that Parkman is in danger. Pinehearst will send someone after them. They don’t know that Knox is right there. Parkman starts mining Knox’s brain. Knox thinks that he killed Parkman. But it was just in his mind. Parkman is getting stronger with his mental powers. Daphne says that they will need help to stop Pinehearst. Parkman thinks that they should contact Primatech.
Arthur knows that Peter is long gone. He sends Flint after Peter. Arthur is holding Sylar suspended in the air. Arthur tells him about Angela’s ploys. When he was born, she saw what he would become and tried to murder Gabriel. Arthur got to the bathroom just in time to stop her. He wants Sylar to learn the truth about Angela.
Peter is still at Pinehearst. He almost runs into Mohinder, who’s looking for Maya. Maya is about to leave. Maya says that she needs to make amends. He should do the same.
Claire and Elle arrive at Pinehearst. Peter goes to see Sylar. He says that he shouldn’t believe their father. Sylar throws Peter out of the window from with a flick of the wrist. Claire helps her uncle and she leaves. Elle runs into the building. She wants her abilities gone. It’s strange that he didn’t die.
Noah and Meredith are talking with Nate and Tracy. Noah says that they will have to be tested to make sure that they are still “normal”. Meredith warns Tracy off Nate. Nate gets a call from Claire.
Daphne calls Arthur and says that it worked. Parkman is going to see Primatech. All along, she will betray him.
Peter doesn’t understand why he didn’t die. He thinks that Sylar might have save him from the fall. Nate and Tracy arrive. Peter says that he doesn’t have his powers anymore and that dad took him. Peter says that their father put Angela in a coma. Claire tells Nate that he’s at Pinehearst, the biotech firm.
Tracy has been taking a consulting firm from Pinehearst for over a year. Nate plans on going there immediately.
Usutu is putting together his special paste. Hiro takes some. His eyes change and he falls into a dream.
