Weeds is an American satirical comedy television series. Marie-Louise Parker plays a widowed housewife named Nancy Botwin from an affluent California suburb who becomes an upper-middle-class marijuana dealer to make ends meet.
Things started slowly, with Nancy just dealing a bit of weed on the side. It rapidly became more serious. She went from being a simple dealer, to a grower, to a distributor. Two season ago, she hooked up with Guillermo, a serious Narco trafficker in charge of a part of LA for a Mexican drug cartel. In the last season, she became involved with a drug dealer named Reyes, who’s the boss of a family.

Nancy tried to get out of her predicament when she saw what Reyes was importing into the US via the tunnel. She drew the line at guns, human trafficking and hard drugs. Her gambit by working with Peterson didn’t pan out as he was tortured by Reyes’ men to reveal his source. Her ace up the sleeve was that she was preggers. It’s Reyes’ child and it’s a boy.

Cesar wants Esteban to kill Nancy but he can’t. Esteban wants Nancy to go home. He will be in touch pretty soon.
Quinn’s man calls Dean. He tells him that he’s got Celia hostage. Dean doesn’t care. He’s broke. Dean is playing gin with Isabelle. Quinn knees him in the groin. She wants her money.
Nancy is at a mall. Silas, Doug and Andy are trying to make plans. Shane and Silas want her room. She arrives. Quinn’s man calls Nancy to get some money. Andy tells Nancy that they should go to Denmark. He also quickly mentions that he loves her. She replies that she’s preggers and needs to sleep. Cesar calls her. She has to be there at 2PM.
Shane is selling weed. A professor extorts some pot from him. Sanjay is talking to Capt Peterman. He gets a call from Quinn’s man who wants money for Celia. He’s not interested.
From Andy’s behavior, Silas understands that Nancy is preggers. Rodolpho and Celia are talking. Quinn now wants to kill her mother and sell her organs. Quinn thinks that she is going to get about $100K from selling her parts. When Celia says that she had chemo and radiation therapy to treat her cancer, Rodolpho tells Quinn that they won’t want her parts. Quinn starts to beat Celia and Rodolpho sends her away.
Nancy is going to get an exam by a Mexican doctor. Everything is in Spanish and Esteban isn’t saying much. He threatens her and she consents to the exam.
Doug tells Shane that Nancy is preggers. Nancy wants Andy to take Shane to her sister’s place. He doesn’t want to go. Shane and Silas fight while Nancy burns her hand. Silas is still leaving on his weed planting camping trip.
At the end of the episode, there is a flashmob dancing in the mall. Nancy sees Cesar watching her.
