Training & Diet Day 2

Nothing much to report.

Today, I ate the same Indian bean soup with noodles, strawberries, 2 bananas, a strawberry smoothie. For dinner, I made myself some home-made sushi wraps. I bought some salmon, ate part of it sashimi style. The rest was cut into thin strands, and rolled into Korean seaweed with rice. I need to get a very sharp knife to cut the rolls. The ones I have aren’t sharp enough.

It tasted very good. Once again, I had my usual morning milk tea and an iced latte in the afternoon. I kind of need that second jolt of caffeine to keep me going. I didn’t have time to drink a second milk tea, as I was at the shop and responding to clients.

I’ve noticed more energy. I tend to sip on water most of the time. I remember that I used to drink so much water when I was training hard.

I’m partially writing this log to keep me motivated. I find it easier this way.

Cutting out the afternoon coffee won’t be hard, especially if I get home to drink another tea instead. Alternatively, I could always brew my own and take it with me in a 500ml Camelbak bottle. I’ve done this before and it works well. I’ll do this tomorrow.
