Split Concept by Dae Hoon Jung: Mobile Devices, Assemble!

Here’s another shortlisted entry into designboom’s 2011 Fujitsu Design Award. It was created by the Korean designer Dae Hoon Jung, and it’s called the Split. It splits up, in an analogue way to the Bento Book concept, offering mobile computing among a host of gadgets. Unlike the Bento, all modular elements are part of the computer, and they can be controlled remotely via the tablet or the smartphone.
