I’ve seen images of a hotel made up of shipping containers, and modern architects using them, but this is the first time I’ve seen one used as a sauna. There are plenty of these old containers around and I bet that you can have them for cheap, if you want to use one of these as a basis for some construction.

These days, having a small, handy speaker to carry with you is pretty convenient – especially when you want to share your music or watch a video with your friends, without having to rely on the paltry integrated speakers on your tablet or smartphone. These portable speakers come in all shapes and sizes, but this is definitely one of the more unusual designs I’ve seen.

Once you’ve got a MacBook, iMac, or any other nicely designed computer on your desktop, you end up wanting accessories that match the overall design aesthetic. That’s definitely the case for me, and I have to say that this OCDock is a nice way to prop up an iPhone when you are working on your iMac or ACD.

While it took me some time to become a fast texter on a touchscreen, anyone who’s had a touchscreen phone knows, that with time, you can type pretty fast on one. That being said, nothing works quite as fast as keys you can actually feel, and this is where the FlipType case comes in.

I’ve always liked using the clock applications on my smartphone. You never really think about the design of the clock faces, but apparently they can be copyrighted works. Recently, Apple was sued for copying the Swiss Federal Railway’s clock design in iOS.

I have never been one for boats or yachts, but even I could be persuaded to give yacht-life a try in this magnificent vessel that was co-designed by the Apple-master himself, Steve Jobs. This was the boat that Steve Jobs was working on until his untimely death in 2011.

I’m sitting here, typing this post on my desktop computer, but more and more people are using laptops as their everyday machines. Heck, I use a MacBook Pro to get stuff done whenever I’m not at home. The trouble with laptops is that they can get pretty hot. Here’s a cool laptop stand, that packs down flat for easy travel.

3D printers will definitely change everything, especially as they become widely available. You’ll eventually be able to print everything from toys to car parts to body parts to food with this technology. Aiming to bring high-quality 3D printing to more people, the Form 1 3D printer looks pretty cool and it’s currently being crowdfunded through Kickstarter.
