Battlestar Galactica Faith S04E06 (Scifi)

Battlestar Galactica is an Emmy Award winning science fiction television program created by Ronald D. Moore that first aired on October 18, 2004 in the United Kingdom and Ireland on Sky One, and January 14, 2005 in the United States on SCI FI. Repeats of episodes have been shown in the United States on SCI FI, NBC, Bravo, and in high definition on Universal HD.

Battlestar Galactica continues from the 2003 mini-series to chronicle the journey of the last surviving humans from the Twelve Colonies of Kobol after their nuclear annihilation by the Cylons. The survivors are led by President Laura Roslin and Commander William Adama in a ragtag fleet of ships with the Battlestar Galactica, a powerful but old warship, as its command ship. Pursued by Cylons intent on wiping out the remnants of the human race, the survivors travel across the galaxy looking for the fabled and long-lost thirteenth colony: Earth.

Survivor Micronesia Stir The Pot S16E14-15 (CBS)

This season of Survivor has finally wrapped up. As always, Survivor is very entertaining. I thought that when the boys got voted out that it would get less entertaining, but it didn’t.

The big surprise was that it was only a final two, not a final three. After the survivors were down to only three, it was predictable who would be in the final two.

Instead of focusing on her accomplishments of the last few months, Amanda focused on being nice. She needed to assert herself more and tell the jury what she had done in order to win. She didn’t.

By far the biggest moves in this season were the blindsides. Ozzy, Jason, Alexis, Erik and even some of the earlier ones got blindsided. The fans should have known that something like that would happen. Just like Cirie said, the fans were younger and less experienced. They wouldn’t have been able to pull the wool over the eyes of more experienced players.

This was a good season of Survivor. It’s been touted as one of the best ever. I still think that Survivor All Stars was the best season of Survivor.

Survivor Micronesia If It Smells Like A Rat Give It Cheese S16E13 (CBS)

The girls that are left in Survivor definitely have the upper hand. As much as Erik is the Survivor über-geek, he isn’t a match for that much manipulations.

The girls just want to get rid of Erik. If he wins immunity, they will have to get rid of one of their own. The only reason that Erik has stayed in the game, is because he’s won immunity many times in a row.

This was actually a great episode. I’m surprised how easily the girls were able to dupe Erik. Having been a fan for so long must have schooled him in the art of the blindside. That’s what you’d guess, but he didn’t see it coming, especially when all of the girls were working together just to get rid of him.

Naturally, Erik wins immunity. This puts all of the girls in disarray. They know that one of their own will leave. They decide to get rid of Nat. Amanda and Cirie suggest that she tries to manipulate Erik into giving her his immunity necklace. The way things are going for him, he will never get enough votes in the finals. At least, that’s what they are trying to convince him of.

Erik is naive and easily manipulated. Their plan works easily since Cirie and others are working toward that goal as well. The jury is flummoxed when Erik gives up his immunity. The girls were also surprised that their plan worked out. Erik is the dumbest Survivor in the history of the game. That’s what Parv says to the camera.

Reaper is an American supernatural television dramedy created by Tara Butters and Michele Fazekas, who also serve as executive producers alongside Mark Gordon, Deborah Spera and Tom Spezialy. Kevin Smith directed the pilot, and is a creative consultant for the series.

From Wikipedia’s entry on Reaper.

In this episode, Sam and Andy finally talk about his other job as a Reaper. Things don’t go as planned since she totally freaks out. However, thanks to some quick thinking, Andy starts to believe that there is something going on.

Sam has to exchange another favor with the Devil in order to let Andy into the secret. I thought that this was a good episode. Finally, Andy finds out what is going on with Sam. Sam is getting quite good at his job.

Doctor Who The Poison Sky S04E05 (BBC)

Doctor Who is a long-running, award-winning British science fiction television programme produced by the BBC. The programme depicts the adventures of a mysterious alien time-traveller known as “the Doctor” who travels in his space and time-ship, the TARDIS, which appears from the exterior to be a blue police phone box. With his companions, he explores time and space, solving problems and righting wrongs.

The show’s lead character is currently portrayed by David Tennant. A Christmas special co-starring Kylie Minogue aired in December 2007, and the fourth series started on 5 April 2008. For that series, Catherine Tate will reprise her role of Donna Noble, from the 2006 Christmas special, as the Doctor’s latest companion. Midway through the series, Freema Agyeman will also return to her role of Martha Jones, following a multi-episode guest appearance in the Doctor Who spin-off series, Torchwood. John Barrowman will continue his role as Captain Jack Harkness, and Billie Piper will return as Rose Tyler for three episodes. Elisabeth Sladen is also set to return as Sarah Jane Smith in a cameo role.

After a 2008 Christmas special and three further specials starring David Tennant, scheduled to air in 2009, Doctor Who is planned to return in 2010 for a fifth full length series.

Moonlight Click S01E14 (CBS)

It’s been a while since there has been a vampire show on TV. Angel was just a continuation of Buffy. Blade was an action show. Moonlight is somewhere in between. It’s gritty and romantic, which isn’t appalling. Unlike Angel and Forever Knight, Mick St-John isn’t that old of a vampire, so the flashbacks all take place in the 1950s to 1970s.

Alex O’Loughlin plays Mick St-John, a vampire private detective. He is a vampire who fully remembers what it meant to be human and longs to be human. Before the break, the big intrigue was that his vampiric ex-wife came back human. Since Mick longs to be human, he needs to find out if there is a cure for vampirism. Coraline disappeared before Mick could investigate it fully. He managed to get some of her blood though.

Survivor Micronesia Im Gonna Fix Her S16E12 (CBS)

I’m actually surprised at how good this episode was. It was really good. I find it interesting that the Immunity Idol is so easy to find. It’s good to have it back in play, since Jason got voted off last time without using it.

I’m not surprised that James got taken out of Survivor for medical reasons: his finger really looked bad. The funny part was that only Erik and Parv were there to say goodbye.

Big Brother US S09E33 (CBS)

It’s time for this show to end. Who’s going to win? One of the jurors will win 25K$ thanks to the votes of the public.

The jurors had no idea who was coming. Fat Nat thinks that Adam really played well. Josh thinks that Ryan Ryan played a good game. He thinks that Sheila couldn’t win anything in the house.

Sheila isn’t happy that she got evicted. Sheila is voting for Ryan to win. She’s bitter. Matt wants to know who outsmarted everyone. He thinks it’s Adam. Chelsia agrees that Adam played a good game.
