There was a review in the Globe and Mail today about the show Whistler. What it said was somewhat damning yet still managed to be positive at the same time. The reviewer said that it was one of the best ways of switching your brain of for an hour.
I tend to agree with it, because Whistler is not groundbreaking material, though it still manages to be entertaining at the same time. The title of the review is that even in BC, the soap-operas are laid-back. And it is. And they are. It’s has a good entertainment value and doesn’t expect too much in return.
