The Wheel Of Time

I picked up The Wheel of Time: Book 1 The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan for $1 yesterday. I hesitated because I don’t really read that much fantasy, mostly science-fiction and fiction novels. However, $1 is hard to beat and its about 815 pages long, enough for about two weeks worth of reading on the bus and when I move around.

I’ve read about 60p today and I like it. It’s an interesting tale. I’ll pick up the other books tomorrow. They were also available for about $1 each. It was strange. I was looking through a load of French book in a used book store. I came upon English books. I hadn’t realized it at the time, and I started looking through them. It took me a good minute before I realized that this was an English book in a mostly French library.
