Training & Diet Week 5 Day 1 & 2

Monday

Today I had 2 milk teas, 1 banana smoothie, 3 pieces of a light birthday cake (mine), rice with Thai minced meat and beef at Thai Heaven, which is around the corner. The birthday dinner with the wife was nice. We also had some pork stay and crab moon cakes.

The cake was the size of a small plate and was from the Forumosa. It was extremely light, not very sweet, but delicious.

Tuesday

Today I had 2 milk teas, 1 banana smoothie, 2 nectarines. For diner, I had 3 chicken wraps with some thicker Dan Bings. Wow, they tasted amazing. The thicker Dan Bings make the chicken wrap taste a lot better.

It was a stressful day, but eventually, it all worked out. I met a really annoying Taiwanese man today. I don’t want to meet him again. It’s going to be hard though and frankly, at the end of the day, I don’t have much patience.

  1. He was the chief of the cycling team I joined. He was helping translate and instead of just doing that, he kept interjecting his own opinion and making fun of the situation. I was really getting supremely annoyed.
