Monday
1 milk tea, 1 Blue Mountains coffee, 2 mugs of chocolate milk, rice, chicken, spinach, pasta+meatballs, 1 apple pear, 4-banana chocolate milk smoothie.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, yogurt, apple pear, rice w, Subway 12-inch chicken teriyaki.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, 1 Blue Mountains coffee, 1 apple pear, fried rice, 1 banana, 2-banana chocolate milk smoothie, chicken strips, 500g yogurt.

Thursday
1 milk tea, 1 apple pear, rice w veg and pork, burger, fries, and coke.

Friday
1 milk tea, 1 Blue Mountains coffee, 2 bananas, rice w pork and veg, rice, Thai roasted pork, spring rolls.

Saturday
1 milk tea, 1 banana, 1 chocolate banana smoothie, rice w Thai curry, ribs.

Sunday
1 Blue Mountains coffee, ribs, 4 sausages.
