Monday
1 milk tea, 1 Blue Mountains coffee, 4-banana milk chocolate smoothie, rice w pork and soup, ham w cheese and mustard.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, rice, veg, and pork, sausages.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, rice, veg, and pork, ribs, banana, apple pear.

Thursday
1 milk tea, dan bing, 3 apple pears, 1 apple, 1 banana, 4×100g of yogurt, French onion soup.

Friday
1 milk tea, 2 apple pears, 1 banana, rice w pork and veg, soup, 12″ subway roasted chicken

Saturday
1 milk tea, 2 apple pears, Indonesian tomato lentil soup, wrap, ham, cheese.

Sunday
1 milk tea, 3 banana smoothie, 2 apple pears, 3 sausages, lentil soup.
