1 milk tea, rice and veg, 2 apple pears, big green salad w ham.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, rice and veg, 2 apple pears, rice w roasted pork, spring roll.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, 1 bun, 2 apple pears, 4 sausages, rice w Thai curry.

Thursday
1 milk tea, 1 yogurt, 2 apples, rice w pork, bagodive, 12 salmon nigiris, salami, cheese, muffin

Friday
1 milk tea, 1 yogurt, 2 apples, rice  w pork, 1 Blue Mountains Coffee, salami, proscuito, cheese, marble bread.

Saturday
1 milk tea, Indonesian lentil soup, salami, prosciutto, cheese.

Sunday
1 milk tea, marble bread, chicken, chappati.
