Chuck is an American science-fiction television program created by Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak. The series is about an “average computer-whiz-next-door” who receives an encoded e-mail from an old college friend Bryce Larkin, a rogue CIA agent, which happens to embed the world’s greatest spy secrets into his brain. This is called the intersect.
From the Wikipedia entry on Chuck.
While Chuck has to deal with his new situation, he gets to enjoy the company of Sarah, working for the CIA, and Casey, working for the DOD. They use him as an asset to accomplish their missions, which surprisingly happen around town (?).
Chuck has just started its third season and it’s still entertaining. The mix between an everyday guy and espionage doesn’t get boring, since the character of Chuck actually puts us in these situations as well. I recommend it, though it’s not for everybody.
Warning: Spoilers ahead.

A CIA specialist tries to cure Chuck of his mental block, which is stopping him from accessing the Intersect. Sarah is acting like Chuck is an infant, who can’t take care of himself and Chuck gladly goes into this role, since he’s got mommy issues. It’s kind of annoying, because Chuck keeps calling Sarah at all times with his personal phone on missions. WTF kind of a secret agent does that?

Chuck is grounded. Beckman says that Frost used a suppression device to dampen the Intersect. CIA scientists spent a few weeks testing him and hit a wall. Sarah went to Russia to check up on Frost and Volkoff, but it didn’t work.
Chuck is confronted by some mock ninjas but hasn’t been able to flash. There is some interference.
Summer Glau is playing anther Greta. Lester is interested in her. She’s incredibly hot, with long legs, a miniskirt, and high heels.
Sarah gives Chuck a massage. Agent Rye uses the opportunity to surprise him with some knives.
Pure fear of death!
Rye
Rye wants to take Chuck on a mission. Beckman approves it. Casey has been getting an itchy trigger finger. Beckman sends them to Gstaad, Switzerland to auction for a large diamond. Underworld figures from all over the world will be there. The mission is to get the diamond for the US. Sarah and Casey are staying at Castle.
Richard Chamberlain plays de Smet, the man who is auctioning off the diamond. He’s known as the Belgian. Rye leaves Chuck alone. A Russian pulls a gun on Chuck to stop him from putting in the winning bid. Rye wants to steal the diamond.
Casey tells Morgan that Greta is an assassin. Jeff and Lester are obsessed. Casey and Morgan have to stop her from killing them. Casey has to “fire” her.
In Gstaad, they find more than one diamond. The diamonds are fake, but there are microdots inside. They analyze the microdots and surmise that they contain CIA photos and data.
Beckman sends Walker to Gstaad. Chuck isn’t happy. She’s severely overprotective. This might be hampering the Intersect.
Chuck and Rye move to intercept the Belgian. They find out that Chuck is on the microdot. He knows that Chuck is the Intersect. Sarah tries to warn him, but Rye intervenes. She is acting like a mother hen, which is getting really annoying.
They try and arrest the Belgian, but Chuck spends time dangling off the gondola. Rye gets shot by the Belgian, trying to activate Chuck’s Intersect.
De Smet has got Chuck and they get away.
Sarah, Morgan, and Casey go after him against Beckman’s orders.
