Training & Diet Week 31 Day 1-7

Monday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of Blue Mountains coffee, rice w pork and beans, salmon sashimi, Ementhal cheese, ocean spray cranberry/pomegranate juice.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of Blue Mountains coffee, rice w curry chicken, soup, noodle soup, Ementhal cheese, 1 steak, 1 apple, 8 passion fruits, 1 oriental persimmon, 200g of yogurt.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, 1 cup Blue Mountains coffee, 300g of yogurt, 3 apples, 2 passion fruits, 1 steak, ementhal cheese, 1 granola bar.

Thursday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of Blue Mountains coffee, 500g of yogurt, 2 apples, 1 oriental persimmon, tagliatelle w bolognese/arabiata sauce, rice w pork.

Friday
1 milk tea, 1 cup Blue Mountains coffee, 500g of yogurt, 1 apple, 1 big apple, brie, 3-banana smoothie, chocolate milk, tagliatelle w bolognese/arabiata sauce, rice w pork.

Saturday
1 milk tea, tagliatelle w arabiata sauce, soda, chips.

Sunday
1 milk tea, 2 chicken breasts, soup with beans, pork and beans.
