Training & Diet Week 32 Day 1-7

Monday
1 milk tea, 1 cup Blue Mountains coffee, 3 apples, lentil soup, chicken breast, 2 oriental persimmons, 200ml of drinking yogurt.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, rice w pork and veg, pasta w meat sauce, 2 apples, 500g of yogurt.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, 1 cup Blue Mountains coffee, 500g of yogurt, 2 apples, 3 sandwiches, 1 Energy In, 1 Vitamin In, 500ml of drinking yogurt, pasta w lots of meat sauce.

Thursday
1 milk tea, 500g of yogurt, rice, pork, potatoes, 1 apple, pasta with meat sauce.

Friday
1 milk tea, nature valley granola bar, guava, rice with pork egg, and veg, 2 sandwiches, French hazel latte, cold cuts, apple pear, drinkable yogurt, OJ.

Saturday
1 milk tea, 2 7-11 micro subs, 1 cheese bagel, ice coffee, apple juice

Sunday
1 milk tea, chicken breast, 3 banana, 2 apples
