Training & Diet Week 34 Day 1-7

Monday
1 milk tea, 1 Blue Jamaican coffee, 500g of yogurt, 2 small steamed buns, pasta w mushroom sauce, 9 passion fruits.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, 2 apples, rice, meat balls, spinach, pasta w mushroom sauce, 9 passion fruits.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of Blue Mountains coffee, 2 apples, 500g of yogurt, rice w pork, veg, pasta.

Thursday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of Blue Mountains coffee, onion soup w cheese, sandwich, cheese.

Friday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of Blue Mountains coffee, 3 buns, 500 g of yogurt, 2 apples, gi ro dan ba fan, sandwich, emental cheese, 5-banana smoothie, 2 bananas.

Saturday
1 milk tea, 1 Starbucks Grande Hazelnut Latte, Croque Monsieur, baked bun, pumpkin soup, goulash w rice, cereal.

Sunday
1 milk tea, 2 chicken breasts, sandwich, bun.
