Training & Diet Week 35 Day 1-7

Monday
1 milk tea, rice, soup, chicken, gi ro dan ba fan, cake.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, fried rice, 400g of yogurt, 2 buns, cheese, 1 sandwich, cake, sausages.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of Blue  Mountains coffee, 1 buns, 500g of yogurt, 1 chicken breast, 1 sandwich, kiwi apple smoothie.

Thursday
1 milk tea, 400 g of yogurt, fried rice, 1 apple, salmon nigiri, 2 apple turnovers.

Friday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of Blue Mountains coffee, 400g of yogurt, muffin, apple strudel, sandwich, cheese.

Saturday
1 milk tea, 3 bananas, 2 muffins, 2 apple strudels, pot roast, seaweed.

Sunday
1 milk tea, 4 bananas, 1 muffin, pot roast.
