Monday
1 milk tea, 4 bananas, 2 muffin, 500 g of yogurt, rice w curry, pot roast.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, 1 muffin, 500 g of yogurt, rice, pumpkin, can of corn, 2 bananas, pasta w sauce.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of French Roast Extra bold, soup, veg, meat, sandwich, salami, 2 prunes, cheese.

Thursday
1 milk tea, 1 cup of French Roast Extra bold, soup, veg, meat, pot roast.

Friday
1 milk tea, 1 cappucino, 1 muffin, lasagna

Saturday
1 milk tea, pot roast, corn, 1 muffin, prunes, bun, fanta, sushi bun.

Sunday
1 milk tea, pot roast, corn, 1 muffin, prunes, sushi bun.
