Training & Diet Week 37 Day 1-7

Monday
1 milk tea, 1 cup French Roast Extra Bold, fake sushi, 500g of yogurt sandwich, cheese, tagliatelle, parmiagiano, salami, proscuitto.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, sandwich, gi ro dan ba fan, miso soup, burger, fries, coke, apple pies.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, 1 cup French Roast Extra Bold, noodle soup, soup w veg & chicken, sandwich, cheese, 2 bananas, 500ml fresh squeezed OJ.

Thursday
1 milk tea, 1 coke, chong bao niu ro, sandwhich, cheese, cereal w 3 bananas, 2 apples, 3 bananas.

Friday
1 milk tea, 1 French Roast Extra Bold, 2 apples, 4 bananas, chong bao niu ro, 2 mini subs, ice tea, OJ.

Saturday
1 milk tea, fake sushi roll, rice, green curry, papaya salad, spring rolls, broiled pork, 2 pomegranates.

Sunday
1 milk tea, 1 banana, rice, green curry, bun, 1 pomegranate, 1 papaya.
