Training & Diet Week 40 Day 1-7

I’ve posted the last few weeks of what I’ve been eating. It’s clear that I’ve been eating too many carbs and not doing enough exercise to burn them off. I’ll start eliminating the carbs completely, or almost, starting this week. It’s not easy to do so, because rice is just everywhere here. They feed it to you at work, you can get it cheaply at restaurants. It’s much easier eating healthy back home.

Monday
1 milk tea, 500g yogurt, 1 apple, 2 bananas, pasta, chicken salad.

Tuesday
1 milk tea, fried rice, 4 bananas, 1 apple, seaweed/egg soup, corn soup, chicken breast.

Wednesday
1 milk tea, 2 apples, corn soup, 1 cup French Roast Extra Bold, 2 sandwiches w salami.

Thursday
1 milk tea, chong bao ni ro, 2 apples, 3 small buns, pork w rice & veg, red tuna sashimi, 1.5 chicken breasts.

Friday
1 milk tea, 6 nigirizushi, gir ro dan ba fan, USDA steak, 1 Ms Fields chocolate chip cookie.

Saturday
2 milk tea, minestrone soup w beef, veal carpaccio, New Zealand lamb rack w crusted spices pesto & EVOO, chocolate cake, small baguette w proscuitto, USDA steak.

Sunday
1 milk tea, 2 bowls of bean soup, small baguette w proscuitto & parmesan, USDA steak, Ms Fields cookie.
