How long will it take Hank to mess things up with Karen? Not very long. Hank’s usual nice disposition doesn’t win him any favorites when he tries to talk his way out of a warning. He just gets arrested.
I enjoyed the whole first series. I enjoyed the second series as well. Even though some critics were against some of the more controversial scenes, I enjoyed them. It paints an interesting picture of the life of Hank Moody and his messed up life. Hank has been a real asshole in the past, but at the end of it all he’s a good man. If you thought that the second season was going to be any less controversial, think again. This time, it’s mouth rape. The third season starts smoothly enough.

Hank gets 3 years probation for statutory rape, so he isn’t going to prison, but things don’t work out for him. He ends up leaving LA probably for NYC.

Hank makes a final statement during sentencing. He gets 3 years. I knew this before I saw this. Why? I don’t know. He faints during the sentencing. He got 3 years probation, no jail time, and a $25K and 288 hours of community service. Immediately, he goes and screws Abby.
They go to some party that Marcie organized. She invited Karen. She comes with Ben. Charlie shows up with his realtor. Sasha Bingham is there too. It’s at Stu’s place. Eddie Nero arrives. Ben tells everyone that they are leaving town with Becca on a road trip in an RV. The talk degenerates to stinky vaginas. Marcie says that she is carrying Charlie’s baby. The realtor puts a knife through Charlie’s hand. Eddie Nero ends up French kissing the realtor. Abby decides to get a ride from Ben and Karen. Ben ends up saving Hank’s life as he was drowning in the pool.
The next day, Becca comes to say goodbye to Hank. Hank goes onto set and hooks up with the actress playing Karen in his movie.
The season ends with Hank driving out in the sunset with his stuff.
