Destiny 2: New Exotic Trace Rifle Ager’s Scepter S15

With this week’s reset, the final part of the exotic quest entitled Tracing the Stars, finally went live. The new exotic trace rifle, Ager’s Scepter, is now available. The catalyst will launch at next week’s reset and the ornament went live yesterday.

The Revamped Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2: S15 Season of the Lost

This weekend, one of the biggest changes in Destiny 2 PvP went live. Trials of Osiris, and it’s predecessor Trials of the Nine have always been a sweaty PvP playlist, made for the ultra sweatlords fighting each other in order to get rewards at the Lighthouse. That is no longer the case.

Destiny 2: Season of the Lost S15

Season of the Lost launched on time after a very interesting Witchqueen showcase. Most of what I saw in the showcase excited me. However, the release day was pushed back to 2.22.22, so it’s going to be a long wait. It took the usual crazy amount of time to log onto the game. Eventually I did.

Destiny 2 Challenge Mode Loot for Legendary & Master Vault of Glass

The last patch from last Thursday fixed one of the most annoying parts of the Master VoG raids. Now, you can run challenges on any mode, without worrying about not being able to claim your time lost weapons from Master VoG. If you complete them on Legendary, you can still complete them on Master. The only difference is that you will not be getting 1320 guns. You will get 1310. That’s a great change, because it didn’t make much sense.

Destiny 2 Master Vault of Glass Week 3: Wait For It Challenge

After having some difficult challenges in the past couple of weeks, we’re back with one of the easiest challenges so far in Vault of Glass Master difficulty. There are a couple of differences, but overall, this one wasn’t too bad. The challenge involves killing the wyverns as they’re sacrificing themselves to the confluxes.

Destiny 2 Master Vault of Glass Challenge Week 1: Strangers in Time

The Master difficulty of Vault of Glass came out, and it was no picnic. Many teams in my clan thought they could clear it quickly and multiple times in a couple of hours after it released to farm time lost weapons, but they were all wrong. My team had to move onto a normal VoG because our team composition wasn’t really suited for this raid. I cleared it a couple of days later, after having talked strats with my raid team.

Destiny 2 S14: The Remastered Vault of Glass Lackluster Exotic Vex Mythoclast

As I was scheduling my raids for the week, I decided to hop on some with my clanmates right after reset in order to ensure that I would have my clears for the week early. That would leave the rest of the week for sherpas and trying to get two more so that I can get the Share a Glass emblem. I had an unexpected surprise after my first run.

Destiny 2 S14: Season of the Splicer, Best Seasonal Weapons?

A new season of Destiny 2 launched a couple of weeks ago on May 10th. This new season launched with some differences. First of all, high stat armor is no longer available in the season pass. The season launched without a new “secret” exotic quest, like Harbinger or Presage. However, it launched with a “new” raid, Vault of Glass. There could still be a secret exotic waiting for us down the line. I hope so, because the two new exotic weapons of the season are kind of lackluster.

Destiny 2: The Vault of Glass Remastered?

As part of Season 14s offerings, Bungie added the OG D1 raid Vault of Glass, which is the first raid that they have released from the Destiny Content Vault. Last August or September, we lost so many raids, which were put into the DCV. We’re finally back at four playable raids now. I never played D1 VoG, so I can’t comment much on the differences, but I have completed the raid 9 times so far.

Destiny 2 Iron Pain & Iron Joy in Banana, Season of the Splicer

As usual, I started this season’s Iron Banner, a level-enabled “end game” PvP mode in Freelance mode. That meant that I was getting matched with and against solo players only. As I’ve come to realize, that isn’t always the best.
