It’s taken McLaren almost 15 years, but they’re about to finally release the F1′s successor, the P1. Like a few of the new supercars, it will feature a petrol engine mated with an electric motor to boost its power to even more. The maximum power output of the P1 is 903 HP!
I have to admit that the McLaren F1 was a masterpiece in engineering, and it looked pretty awesome too. Though it took McLaren almost a decade before unveiling their production car that was wholly designed and built by the company.
Aero is the word in cycling for 2011. Specialized launched their Venge last week with much fanfare. The S-Works model will be available for purchase by the end of April. The McLaren Venge will be available in September. Cavendish already rode one to victory last week. That bodes well for this model.
