Around 10 days after the launch of Witch Queen, the Vow of the Disciple raid launched. This is the first original raid that they’ve released since Beyond Light’s Deep Stone Crypt. Vault of Glass was basically a remix. The World’s First raid race was marred with connection issues.

Destiny 2: The Witch Queen

I played the new Destiny 2 expansion on release day. There was a snafu with my collector’s edition, which would arrive only 2 weeks after launch, much to my dismay. It also didn’t include a game code, which was annoying. Luckily, I sort of expected this, so I got myself another deluxe edition to be able to play on day one.

Catching Up On That 6-Month Season in Destiny 2

I took the whole month of November off. I just couldn’t stomach playing anymore for the same rewards. All of the groups I played with collapse during this month. I’m currently in a clan with people who I don’t really play with. There’s some idiots, who I ended actually having to ban, and other pointless drama that I have no time for.

Nerfing Festival of the Lost Was Stupid

Last week, Festival of the Lost launched. It’s different enough to make people play, but there are some elements that I didn’t agree with. Swiftly as they could, by Thursday, reset was on Tuesday, Bungo had nerfed the most efficient farming methods to acquire Spectral Pages, which were Wrathborn Hunts, Expunges, and the current nightfall, The Lake of Shadows. That royally sucked, because when I went back to play on the weekend, the best way to acquire Spectral Pages was to do public events in the EDZ. FML.

Destiny 2: Season of the Lost S15 Review (So Far)

We’re less than 2 months into a 6-month D2, the longest so far, and it’s about time that I gave my thoughts about it. The Witch Queen was delayed until 2/22/22, meaning that S15 will last a whole six months. D2 seasons usually last 3 months.

The Revamped Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2: S15 Season of the Lost

This weekend, one of the biggest changes in Destiny 2 PvP went live. Trials of Osiris, and it’s predecessor Trials of the Nine have always been a sweaty PvP playlist, made for the ultra sweatlords fighting each other in order to get rewards at the Lighthouse. That is no longer the case.

Destiny 2: Iron Pain, the Saga Continues…

I totally ripped that title off from a Sir Dimetrious video, but it’s more of the same this week. There are 4 pinnacle drops that are easy to get when playing solo, they can be painful to get, especially if you’re playing freelance, but still worthwhile, as the Peacebond, a new stasis sidearm, which is really good.

Destiny 2: Season of the Lost S15

Season of the Lost launched on time after a very interesting Witchqueen showcase. Most of what I saw in the showcase excited me. However, the release day was pushed back to 2.22.22, so it’s going to be a long wait. It took the usual crazy amount of time to log onto the game. Eventually I did.

Destiny 2: Master Vault of Glass Challenge Week 5 Out of Its Way

My team was prepared for the worst for this challenge. In preparation, most of us had tried to get as high light as possible. I hit 1350 yesterday, and was ready for this encounter. Strangely enough, it proved the easiest challenge in Master VoG so far. We got it done in a minute or two.

Destiny 2 Master Vault of Glass Week 3: Wait For It Challenge

After having some difficult challenges in the past couple of weeks, we’re back with one of the easiest challenges so far in Vault of Glass Master difficulty. There are a couple of differences, but overall, this one wasn’t too bad. The challenge involves killing the wyverns as they’re sacrificing themselves to the confluxes.
