  • Spectre Review – James Bond 24

As I exited the IMAX theater, I left with mixed feelings about this James Bond movie. In my memory, Skyfall was a great James Bond movie, that I liked a lot. Casino Royale was also very good. Quantum of Solace was OK, but still not as bad as this.

  • Misplaced Allegiance (NBC)

There has been a lack of good spy thriller shows for a while now, and thanks to a few new ones, like Allegiance on NBC, the genre is making a strong comeback. Allegiance is based on the Israeli TV show The Gordin Cell.

  • RoboTech SuperCar: Autonomous Cars Shrink Down to Size

Have you ever wanted ride shotgun in a robotic car as it drives around your neighborhood? Sure, autonomous cars are still very expensive, but how about miniature version? The iRobot 110 FirstLook is built to serve the military and law enforcement. From the looks if things, that’s pretty obvious from the get-go. Usually, you don’t need a robotic spy cam unless you are defusing bombs or conducting surveillance. But hey, that doesn’t mean that you can’t have some fun with it if you’ve…

  • Abit PHS Wristwatch Phone Lets You Look Like a Spy

For years, everyone wanted a wristwatch phone, but they’ve been eclipsed by really good smartphones. Don’t get me wrong, I’d like to pretend that I’m a spy like anyone else, but like many of the iPod Nano watch bracelets have shown, it just doesn’t make sense to plug in some headphones onto something that’s strapped…

  • Tiny Flying Spy Robots: That’s All We Need Now

If you are worried about  all those security cameras that are popping up everywhere, and Big Brother watching you, well maybe you should just leave now and ignore this piece of news. Mirko Kovac from the EPFL has developed a bunch of micro air vehicles which can latch onto walls, and yes, they have cameras.…
