I’ve given notice at my jobs that I will be leaving in the second week of January last week. Things have started to get awkward. I haven’t really disclosed anything to the staff. I’m letting the boss take care of that.

Terabytes And Databytes
Saturday night.
Saturday night and I’m doing some backups of my 1TB drives.
I will get some external HDs for my upcoming trip. It will probably be a Western Digital. I’m staying away from LaCie, that’s for sure. Honestly, I’m thinking that 4TB would be optimal for me right now, but backing up is a hassle. Can you imagine backing gigabytes and gigabytes away on DVDs? That’s what I’m doing right now and I’ve counted that I have to burn at least 100 DVDs of data before making a dent in my storage problems.

I bought these boots today. They are listed at $219.99US. I got them in Taiwan for $181US. They are the Zamberlan Master GT RR. Don’t worry, I didn’t get the green ones. I got the light blue/gray ones. I went to the camping stores on ZhongShan N. Rd. Take exit 7 from Taipei Main Station to find them. They are all stacked in a row. I was pretty happy to find out that they had my size. I got EU46/US11 size shoes. They fit like a glove and I got them just a little big so that I could fit all my socks on later.
