Training & Diet Week 12 Day 1-7

A lot of stuff happened this week, but I’d rather not get into it. Towards the end of the week, I wasn’t eating much. I didn’t have an appetite. Other than that, I’m adapting well to life without refined sugar. It’s hard sometimes, but the odd smoothie or fruit keeps me away from it.

Monday
2 milk teas, watermelon, pineapple, rice and chicken, soup, 3-egg green salad.

Tuesday
2 milk teas, 1 herbal tea, pineapple, noodles and soup, 1 chicken wrap, 1 sausage wrap, 1 plain wrap.

Wednesday
3-banana smoothie, 1 milk tea, mocha-ice smoothie, mango smoothie, rice with pork, pork cutlets, cantaloupe.

Thursday
1 milk tea, 2-banana smoothie, 2 wrap with sausages, chapati, cantaloupe.

Friday
1 milk tea, 2-banana smoothie, curry rice w pork, chicken wrap, ¾ melon.

Saturday
1 milk tea, 10″ pizza, ¾ watermelon

Sunday
1 milk tea, 2-banana smoothie, 1 slice of honey melon
