Well, now I guess we get to find out how 7 of 9 made her way into the narrative. There’s no denying that she was going to appear, since the Romulans are “excavating” an old Borg Cube. They’re searching for Bruce Maddox, the so-called creator of the new androids.
I’m not sure exactly why, but I kinda saved ep 3 so that I could watch two episodes at the same time. Was it a shock that Picard is no longer welcome to the top brass of Starfleet? I guess it’s part of the premise of the show.
I’m not sure why, but I’ve never really been a fan of the HDM movies. They felt kind of bad. I know that I’ve watched them but I actually don’t remember much of the story. I remember daemons and that kids were involved in some fashion.
While the name of this movie is initially quite off-putting, it’s a lot better than that. The great part of the movie is to see Ninja and YoLandi Visser in a title role. However, they are playing quite stupid characters, especially YoLandi’s reasoning for kidnapping the lead programmer of the Scout police robots.
2013 in books was lost due to a HD malfunction, but I have been recording the books that I read on my other computer. I had my ups and downs in reading, and I did spend time rereading books that I had already read before. I was able to find most of Roberto Bolano’s novels in epub format, which is simply great. The Peripheral was definitely a great read from William Gibson.
So Spencer found a normal idol and won immunity last time. Morgan was sent home. Back at camp, Tony is a dick and is in everyone’s face. The next day, LJ and Trish talk about Tony’s freakout. They are worried about his behavior.
